Haplotype-based genomic prediction in the tiger pufferfish

Haplotype-based genomic prediction showed potential to improve the accuracy of genomic prediction. In this study, we performed haplotype-based genomic prediction on parasitic resistance and growth-related traits in the tiger pufferfish.
