The lung cancer cell lines KPL 160302S and KPL 160424S obtained from the primary culture of mice with lung cancer were made into preventive vaccines. After inoculation with KPL 160302S, the survival time of mice with lung cancer could be significantly prolonged and strong immune response was aroused, while the vaccine prepared with KPL 160424S could not prolong the survival time. And has limited effect on the immune system. Whole exon sequencing was performed on the two cell lines to explore their differences.
