Effect of hyperthermia on phenotype of murine colon carcinoma cells.

MC38-CEA+ cells were exposed in vitro to 37°C or 42°C for 1 h. At 24 or 48 h post-exposure, cells were analyzed by flow cytometry for surface expression of CEA, Fas, MHC class I H-2Kb and H-2Db. Values in italic bold denote increase in protein expression ≥30% (% positive) or ≥50% (mean MFI) relative to control cells (37°C). Data is representative of two independent experiments.
