These data support the article "Evidence of Environmental Gentrification in New York City".Included are 1) an Excel workbook with New York City census track data including the index of gentrification for changes from the year 2000 to 2019 along with the source data and data for municipal "brownfield" cleanup sites and park proximity, and2) a Spatialite geodatabase with GIS layers for this study, which is compressed as a zip file.
