I am going to submit a RAPID proposal to NSF to deploy land stations around two boreholes in the mantle section of the Oman (Samail) ophiolite. Short-period L22s will work fine, and with an approximate deployment interval of 2 weeks it seems like the Biho instruments might be best. The nominal time window of the deployment is January, 2020. I presently have hydrophone arrays in two of the boreholes. The land stations would augment the hydrophone arrays for part of the deployment.
