Contains three files: (1) Ledford2019_SR_temporal_data is QA/QCed logger data collected at hourly intervals at the two main sites and at 15 minute intervals below the wastewater treatment plants. Data include depth, temperature, specific conductivity, dissolved oxygen, nitrate, and phosphate, although all parameters were not collected at all sites. (2) Ledford2019_SR_Modeling_results includes StreamMetabolizer (Appling et al. 2018) modeling results for GPP and ER. (3) Ledford2019_SR_modeling_fits includes modeled DO from StreamMetabolizer.
