Single-cell RNA-sequencing of mouse ChP tissue and CSF infiltrate following intracerebroventricular injection of LPS

scRNA-seq of mouse ChP and CSF following ICV administration of LPS. Overall design: Mice treated with ICV PBS or LPS for 24-72 hr were euthanized, then their CSF and ChP were harvested and dissociated into single cells. These cells were stained with TotalSeq-B hashing antibodies, then pooled and sequenced for 10X 3' v3.1 scRNA-seq.
