Replication Data for Acceptance of a Novel Balance Training Device Among Older Adults with Functional Autonomy
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the research article titled “Acceptance of a Novel Balance Training Device Among Older Adults with Functional Autonomy.” It contains anonymized data collected from individuals aged 65 and older who participated in a university-based program in Brazil. The dataset includes assessments of decision-making capacity, functional performance (Timed Up and Go test, handgrip strength), and responses regarding the acceptance of a low-cost, analog device designed for postural balance training. The purpose of the dataset is to explore behavioral and psychosocial factors influencing the adoption of non-digital health technologies among older adults. Data were collected through structured instruments and analyzed using non-parametric statistical methods.
