This volume contains copies of circulars sent by the Under Secretary of Lands (Charles E. Rennie, Arthur J. Hare) to officers and Branch Heads of the various departments. The circulars relate to matters of an administrative nature, such as requests for figures of staff engaged in overtime, rates of pay and leave of absence, examinations for progression and the care of files etc. The circulars are indexed at the front by department and then chronologically.
