Romidepsin displayed potent antitumor activity in our lenvatinib-resistant PDCs, we wanted to investigate the underlying mechanism of how romidepsin initiated susceptibility to conquer lenvatinib resistance in liver cancer. PDCs were treated with two doses of romidepsin (1μM and 2 μM) for 48h.
