Data from: [Non-linear relationship between serum phosphate and 30-day mortality in critically ill patients with cardiogenic shock: a cohort study from MIMIC-IV]

This dataset comprises de-identified data extracted from the MIMIC-IV database, supporting the analyses presented in the paper titled "[Non-linear relationship between serum phosphate and 30-day mortality in critically ill patients with cardiogenic shock: a cohort study from MIMIC-IV]". It includes comprehensive clinical and laboratory variables from a cohort of 2,308 unique ICU admissions. Key data elements encompass demographics (age, sex, race), vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure), laboratory results (glucose, creatinine, electrolytes), comorbidity (CCI), severity scores (APSIII), life-sustaining interventions, and patient outcomes (hospital and 30-day mortality).
