## Manuscript linkageThese data support the CATENA submission package in the same V2 folder. They correspond to the manuscript concept: climate-land-use interaction and future water-erosion Management Gap in an arid mountain-oasis basin. ## Coordinate system and units- Longitude and Latitude in visual_interpretation_samples.csv are geographic coordinates in WGS84 (EPSG:4326), rounded to five decimal places.- Area values are in square kilometres (km2).- WERI, WSEI, K, LS, C and P-related values are dimensionless relative indices unless otherwise stated.- Markov land demand is reported as pixel counts and converted to area using a 30 m x 30 m pixel area (0.0009 km2 per pixel). ## Main files1. visual_interpretation_samples.csv: sample-level blind visual interpretation database. Binary_visible = 1 means consensus visual grade >= 1.2. management_gap_summary.csv: core Management Gap area summary corresponding to manuscript Table 2.3. high_gap_core_attribution.csv: attribution summary for top10 and top5 Management Gap cores.4. sensitivity_outputs.xlsx and sensitivity_outputs_csv/: WSEI parameter sensitivity, REP/SREP weight sensitivity, P-factor sensitivity and REP-only sensitivity outputs.5. PLUS_CARS_validation_and_markov.csv and PLUS_CARS_validation_and_markov.xlsx: PLUS-CARS hindcast metrics, 2049 Markov land demand, and domain area notes.6. PLUS_CARS_parameters/: LEAS driving factors, CARS neighbourhood weights, transition cost matrix and general settings.7. metadata/: source file manifest, file checksums, and large-raster/public-data notes. ## Public source datasetsThe workflow used public/source datasets including CHIRPS precipitation, ERA5-Land temperature, NASA NEX-GDDP-CMIP6, OpenLandMap soil properties, NASADEM, MERIT-Hydro, CLCD land-cover data, MODIS snow products and Landsat vegetation composites.
