Microbiome amplicon analysis metadata associated files with R code from MGnify and Biosamples API pulls.

This is the associated R code and pertinent microbiome metadata files associated with the preprint describing metadata quality of microbiome public data. The R code is included with the relevant data files as well as the interactive html report in the report folder. The purpose of the files is to share the code used for the analysis as well as relevant data so that others can explore current status of public microbiome metadata associated the set of samples used for this analysis (e.g. MGnify pipeline 4.1 on amplicon type analyses).
