MAPK signal pathway plays a pivotal role in regulating fungal stress response and is inevitable for the survival of entomopathogenic fungi, such as Beauveria bassiana in asexual cycle both in vitro and in vivo. To survey the regulatory role of MAPK signal pathway in mediating stress response of B.bassiana, Transcriptomic analysis was performed for WT and MAP-kinase mutants confronting stress treatments including:1.0 M sorbitol,16 uM of MND, 25 ug ml-1 of CR, and SDB incubated at 32 oC. Two time points of induction in the presence of the stress agent, namely, 30 min and 12 h, were performed for each test condition. This work would provide series clue for understanding the MAPK regulation of cellular metabolism, cell cycle, signal transduction in B.bassiana confronting abiotic stresses.
