Effect of myeloid-specific knockout of Glul on gene expression after either DSS or H2O challenge

To identifythe the functional roles of genes in mouse colitis, We performed transcriptome analysis in colon tissues of Glul flox/flox and Glul∆Lyz2 mice treated with DSS. Both Glul∆Lyz2 mice and Glul flox/flox littermates were treated with H2O or DSS. Total RNA from mouse colon tissues was extracted using the TRIzol reagent, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
