HipBridgeEMG: sEMG Dataset of Posterior Muscles During Glute Bridge and PHE

This is a set of raw surface electromyography (EMG) signals from key lower posterior chain muscles collected during two well-known hip extension exercises — the glute bridge and the prone hip extension (PHE). Data were recorded bilaterally from the erector spinae, gluteus maximus, biceps femoris, and rectus femoris muscles in healthy, physically active adults performing standardized exercise trials under controlled laboratory conditions.
