1. Samples analyzed by ID-MC-ICPMS using a spike of 233U (IRMM-051) and 229Th, of high purity calibrated against solutions of Uranite in secular equilibrium (Harwell Uraninite, and U Ore from Schwartzwalder Mine), following the methodology of separation and purification of U and Th in ref 69. 2. The activity ratios were calculated considering the decay constants for 230Th and 234U reported by Cheng et al EPSL 2013, for 238U reported in ref. 71, and 232Th in ref. 72. The same constants were used for the age calculation, using ISOPLOT-R (ref. 75). 3. The "raw" ages were corrected for the contribution of detrital Th using a two-point isochron, considering the atomic ratio 232Th/238U of the detrital fraction similar to that of the Earth's crust = 3.8 +/- 1.2 (ref. 73), and with [230Th/238U] and [234U/238U] equal to 1.0 +/- 0.1 (ref. 74) 4. d234U refers to the permil deviation from equilibrium considering isotopic abundances reported in ref. 70. 5. d234Uo (o [234U/238U]o) corresponds to the initial U isotopic composition, calculated from the [234U/234U] value. 6. All reported uncertainties during age calculation correspond to +/- 2 SE (standard error) and have been propagated using a Monte Carlo approximation (ref. 74). 7. Correlation of errors is essentially = 0
