Lentiviral barcoding ground-truth datasets for benchmarking mtDNA-based lineage tracing

This folder collects the finalized inputs used for the pLarry1000 benchmark anddownstream analyses. These files are for reproducing Lentiviralbarcoding validation for the manuscript titled "Modeling mitochondrialinheritance enables high-precision single-cell lineage tracing in humans"(Gao, Weng et. al).Contents are copied from the main pipeline directories and include:- redeemV output (`final/`) used to generate redeemR filter1/filter2 objects- mitodrift long matrix (`pL1000_full_mut_dat.csv`)- mitodrift tree (`tree_annotated.newick`)- static barcode annotations (`pL1000_barcode_annot_cleaned.csv`, `pL1000_barcode_annot_final.csv`)- mgatk output (copied as `mgatk_output_final/`)- Seurat object (`pLarry_seurat_pL1000.rds`)
