GRN ground truth interactions for each experimental analysis.

This file has 6 tabs representing the ground truth GRN interactions used for comparison to each gene expression data set. Tab 1 is the ground truth ectoderm GRN interactions used for comparison to PEAK output from the RNAseq data. Tab 2 is the ground truth endoderm GRN interactions used for comparison to PEAK output from the RNAseq data. Tab 3 is the ground truth ectoderm GRN interactions used for comparison to PEAK output from the Nanostring data. Tab 4 is the ground truth endoderm GRN interactions used for comparison to PEAK output from the Nanostring data. The last two tabs show a direct comparison of which interactions were able to be used for analysis using the RNAseq dataset or the Nanostring dataset. (XLSX)
