资源简介:
These data are from the study below (see study details for more information):Authors: Guoyong Li, Yinzhan Liu, Ayub M. O. Oduor, Luna Zhang, Yanjie LiuTitle: Growing and non-growing season warming affect invasive plant growth via soil legacy effectsJournal: EcologyAll data include the following files:1. Soil-fungi-ITS-RawDataThis archive contains the raw soil fungal ITS sequence data for each sample collected from the field warming experiment. Inside this file, the '*.fastq' files represent the ITS raw data for individual samples. Each file is named using the Plot ID followed by the Sample ID (e.g., NC1_T9R1). Treatment information corresponding to each sample is provided in the Excel file Sample_information. In that file, winter warming treatment is denoted as WW (NoWW indicates no winter warming), summer warming treatment as SW (NoSW indicates no summer warming), and no warming across the year as CK.2. Soil_Nitrogen_First_PhaseThis Excel file contains the soil nitrogen data from the field warming experiment. In this file, winter warming treatment is denoted as 'WW' ('NoWW' indicates no winter warming), and summer warming treatment as 'SW' ('NoSW' indicates no summer warming). All soil nitrogen content values are expressed in grams per kilogram (g/kg). SoilN refers to the soil total nitrogen content, AvailableN refers to the soil available nitrogen content, NH4 indicates the soil ammonium nitrogen content (NH₄⁺-N), and NO3 indicates the soil nitrate nitrogen content (NO₃⁻-N).3.Soil_Fungi_Richness_AbundanceThis Excel file contains the soil fungi data for each sample from the field warming experiment. In this file, winter warming treatment is denoted as 'WW' ('NoWW' indicates no winter warming), and summer warming treatment as 'SW' ('NoSW' indicates no summer warming). The column 'fungi_richness' refers to the richness of all soil fungi, and 'fungi_effective_number' refers to the effective species number (ESN) of fungi. The same naming convention applies to pathogenic fungi and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF).4.Soil_ITS_PERMANOVAThis file contains three documents: 'rarefied_ASV_table_its', 'rarefied_ASV_table_its.FunGuilds', and 'sample_information'. The 'rarefied_ASV_table_its' file was used for PERMANOVA analysis of all soil fungi, while 'rarefied_ASV_table_its.FunGuilds' was used for soil pathogenic fungi. Treatment information corresponding to each sample is provided in the Excel file 'Sample_information'. In that file, winter warming treatment is denoted as 'WW' ('NoWW' indicates no winter warming), summer warming treatment as 'SW' ('NoSW' indicates no summer warming), and no warming across the year as 'CK'. Both 'rarefied_ASV_table_its' and 'rarefied_ASV_table_its.FunGuilds' were calculated from the raw ITS fungal sequencing data.5.Invasive_Biomass_GEThis file contains the data from the greenhouse experiment. In the file, 'Nr.' and 'Rand2' represent the pot ID of the experiment, while 'Plot_ID' and 'block' indicate the soil collection plot and block in the field experiment. Winter warming treatment is denoted as 'WW' ('NoWW' indicates no winter warming), and summer warming treatment as 'SW' ('NoSW' indicates no summer warming). 'Total' is the total biomass of the invasive species (unit: g), and 'RMF' is the root mass fraction of the species. 'NO3' indicates the soil nitrate nitrogen content (NO₃⁻-N) of soil from the field, and 'ENS_pathogen' is the effective species number (ESN) of pathogenic fungi in the soil from the field experiment. 'NA' in the data indicates missing values.
