资源简介:
Recent epidemics of Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) represent a global public health threat. The ability of Aedes (Ae.) aegypti, the primary vector of CHIKV, to transmit the virus is partly determined by environmental temperature. However, how this happens at the molecular level remains poorly understood. Here, we perform a transcriptomic analysis of Australian Ae. aegypti infected with a CHIKV strain from the Asian lineage, sampled at two-time points and three different temperatures.
