Microbiome in acute GI stress in children with medical complexities and exclusive enteral nutrition and formula metabolomics

This dataset contains untargeted metabolomics raw data of fecal samples collected from children with medical complexity (CMC) undergoing chronic and acute GI stress. Investigation of the impact of exclusive enteral nutrition (EEN) and different formula types on the GI stress and overall microbiome. This dataset also includes raw data of formula extractions taken by these patients.
