Transcriptomic Analysis of Contralateral Healthy Mucosa in Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OPSCC) Patients

This project encompasses the RNA sequencing data from six healthy mucosal tissue samples collected from patients diagnosed with Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OPSCC). These samples were specifically obtained from the contralateral healthy mucosal sites, opposite to the primary OPSCC tumors. The aim of this study is to provide a transcriptomic profile of the healthy mucosa in OPSCC patients. This profile will serve as a baseline control for contrasting the gene expression observed in the tumors.
