Transcriptome sequence in the PFC of the rats

This study induced a rat model through chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS), and then treated the rats with repeated electroacupunture. The use of genomic RNA sequencing revealed the difference in the transcriptome of the medial prefrontal cortex among the control rats (C), the CUMS rats (M) and the electroacupunture rats (A).
