金华市工业企业数字化改造水平评估数据

按地市县（区）调研评测企业数字化水平情况，数据分析形成地区规上企业数字化水平图谱，依据国家数字化水平评估指标体系进行评分，同时收集行业、产品、工艺、营收、荣誉等基本信息对企业数字化发展进行全面了解，为当地经信政策发布、行业共性需求、数字化发展情况提供全面、精准的报告依据，为金华“三个全覆盖”目标实现提供了准确的覆盖范围1、数据采集：金华10个地市区、5500家规上企业陆续走访诊断调研评测产生数据。2、算法要点：总计100分，10分以下0.0，10-30分1.0，30分-60分2.0，60分-90分3.0，90以上4.0。3、评分算法规则：企业数字化人才率得分=5*√企业数字化人才率/全省数据化人才率，网络得分为每项2分共计5分;设备数控化率得分=工业设备数控化率×5；工业设备联网率得分=工业设备联网率×5；产品设计得分每项2分共计5分;ERP企业资源管理系统每项2分共计10分;APS生产计划得分有就6分无0分;MES生产制造执行系统每项1.5分共计10分;仓储物流数字化工具每项2分共计6分;SCM供应链管理系统有就6分无0分;CRM客户关系管理有就6分无0分;办公、财税、人事每项2.5分共计10分;数据互联互通情况共计6分第一选项0分，第二选项3分，第三选项6分;新业态新模式每项2.5分限10分;数字化改造项目人均生产效率、产品不良品率、万元产值成本、新产品研制周期、订单准时交付率、产品库存周转率、能源利用率共计30分，根据实际情况人为打分。

This dataset is developed based on research, evaluation and diagnosis of enterprises' digitalization levels at the prefecture-level city, county and district levels. Data analysis is conducted to generate regional digitalization level maps for above-scale industrial enterprises. Scores are calculated in accordance with the national digitalization level evaluation index system. Basic information such as industry, products, processes, revenue, honors and other relevant details is collected to comprehensively understand enterprises' digital development status, providing comprehensive and accurate reference reports for local industry and information technology policy formulation, industry common demand analysis and digital development status assessment, and supplying accurate coverage data to support the achievement of Jinhua's "Three Full Coverage" goal.

1. Data Collection: Data is generated through successive visits, diagnoses, surveys and evaluations of 5,500 above-scale industrial enterprises across 10 prefecture-level urban districts in Jinhua.

2. Algorithm Overview: The total score is set to 100 points, with the following score categorization: Below 10 points → 0.0; 10 to 30 points → 1.0; 30 to 60 points → 2.0; 60 to 90 points → 3.0; Above 90 points → 4.0.

3. Scoring Algorithm Rules:
- Enterprise Digital Talent Rate Score: 5 × √(Enterprise Digital Talent Rate / Provincial Digital Talent Rate)
- Network Construction Score: 2 points per item, totaling 5 points
- Equipment Numerical Control Rate Score: Numerical Control Rate of Industrial Equipment × 5
- Industrial Equipment Networking Rate Score: Industrial Equipment Networking Rate × 5
- Product Design Score: 2 points per item, totaling 5 points
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System Score: 2 points per item, totaling 10 points
- APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) Production Planning Score: 6 points if available, 0 if not available
- MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Score: 1.5 points per item, totaling 10 points
- Digital Warehousing and Logistics Tools Score: 2 points per item, totaling 6 points
- SCM (Supply Chain Management) System Score: 6 points if available, 0 if not available
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System Score: 6 points if available, 0 if not available
- Office, Taxation and Personnel Management Modules Score: 2.5 points per item, totaling 10 points
- Data Interconnection and Interoperability Score: 0 points for the first option, 3 points for the second option, 6 points for the third option, totaling 6 points
- New Business Forms and Models Score: 2.5 points per item, with a maximum cap of 10 points
- Digital Transformation Project Score: Covers per capita production efficiency, product defective rate, cost per 10,000 yuan of output value, new product development cycle, on-time order delivery rate, product inventory turnover rate and energy utilization rate, totaling 30 points. Scoring is performed manually based on actual on-site conditions.
