Data for: Piloting an integrated approach for estimation of environmental risk of Schistosoma haematobium infections in pre-school-aged children and their mothers at Barombi Kotto, Cameroon

This dataset contains: 1. GPS data for 12 pre-school-aged children, 12 mothers and 1 school-aged child on Barombi Kotto crater lake island; 2. Environmental data for snail surveys and eDNA detection of water samples conducted in 2016 and 2017 on the island and around the lake; 3. Shapefile of identified bathing sites on the island; 4. Shapefile of the shoreline risk area used for calculations.本数据集包含如下内容：1. 巴伦比·科托火山口湖岛（Barombi Kotto crater lake island）上12名学龄前儿童、12名母亲及1名学龄儿童的GPS（Global Positioning System）数据；2. 2016年与2017年在该岛及环湖区域开展的蜗牛调查水样的环境数据与环境DNA (environmental DNA) 检测数据；3. 该岛已确认洗浴场所的形状文件 (Shapefile)；4. 用于计算的湖岸线风险区域的形状文件 (Shapefile)。
