ATAC-seq profiling of nutrient-dependent chromatin accessibility in OreR and Relish mutants

This dataset contains ATAC-seq profiles generated to investigate the role of innate immune transcription factor Relish in regulating nutrient-dependent chromatin accessibility in Drosophila melanogaster. The study aims to understand how immune signaling pathways interact with metabolic transcriptional programs to fine-tune adaptive responses to nutient deprivation.
