Three independent repeats of FAIRE-seq from PBMCs obtained before and 1 and 2 days after an oral dose of 2,000 µg (80,000 IU) of vitamin D3 Overall design: A participant of the VitDbol study (NCT02063334, ClinicalTrials.gov) ingested a vitamin D bolus of 2,000 µg (80,000 IU) of vitamin D3. Blood was taken before and 1 and 2 days afterwards and PBMCs were isolated.
