An optimal value of Lambda is between 0.95 and 1.05. If Lambda RG is lower than 0.95, it could be due a bias (in an underpowered dataset). Otherwise, if it is greater than 1.05 it could be for two reasons: the dataset does not follow a normal distribution or due polygenicity. The case of polygenicity can be identified through the intercept. Indeed, a value of intercept close to 1 justifies the polygenicity hypothesis. SE: standard error; GC: genetic correlation.
