this study aims to elucidate the molecular mechanism by which LGG alleviates arsenic-induced oxidative stress and tissue damage, leveraging multi-omics analyses (transcriptomics, microbiomics) and the as3mt-/- zebrafish model to dissect the "gut microbiota-host crosstalk" pathways (e.g., integrin signaling and ferroptosis regulation) underlying LGG-mediated arsenic detoxification.
