资源简介:
Postoperative infection in lung transplant recipients is the most common cause of death within the first year, but most of the postoperative etiological studies mainly focus on a rather long interval time like within three months or one year. Data on the infection within one month and the etiological feature is absent. Metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) has emerged as a novel method for microbiological identification. In this study, mNGS combined with traditional microbial culture was applied to reveal the etiological characteristics in lung transplant recipients ultra-early after the operation, and epidemilogy of infection in recipients infected within one month. Our study aims to provide reference for the usage of antibacterial agents after lung transplant.
