To investigate the role of ADAR1in HCC development and stemness maintenance, we established HCC cell lines in which ADAR1 has been knocked down by shRNA or overexpressed. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 8 different cells Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for PLC8024 and SUN-878 cells and their KD derivative (sh2ADAR1), or SNU-449 and SNU-878 cells and their OE derivative ( ADAR1p110)
