GABA loaded synaptic vesicle Docking and Priming

GABA loaded synaptic vesicles are docked at the presynaptic terminal membrane by a number of proteins including Rab3a, RIM (Rab3a interaction protein) and Munc 13. The docked GABA vesicles are primed by the SNARE complex that includes synaptobrevin, SNAP 25 and syntaxin1.

GABA（γ-氨基丁酸）装载的突触囊泡通过包括Rab3a、RIM（Rab3a相互作用蛋白）和Munc 13在内的多种蛋白，在突触前末梢膜上实现对接。对接后的GABA囊泡在包含突触素、SNAP 25和syntaxin1的SNARE复合体的作用下被激活。
