Tragulus versicolor Genome sequencing and assembly

This project reports the complete mitochondrial genome of the Silver-backed chevrotain (Tragulus versicolor), an endangered ungulate endemic to Vietnam. Sequencing was performed on a DNBSEQ platform, followed by de novo assembly and annotation. The dataset includes the genome assembly, associated raw sequence reads, and metadata linked to a voucher specimen (KH01) collected in Ninh Hoa District, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.
