RAFA: Processed multi-national ENTSO-E load-forecasting benchmark and experimental results

Underlying data for the article "Regime-Aware Federated Aggregation (RAFA) for Privacy-Preserving Energy Load Forecasting across Heterogeneous European Grid Clients". This deposit contains the processed multi-national benchmark derived from the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform (six years, 2019-2024, of hourly actual electrical load for eight European bidding zones: NL, DE_LU, FR, ES, PT, BE, AT, PL) and all per-round, per-client experimental result files (CSV) used to generate the figures and tables in the paper. Raw load data are third-party and available from the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform under its terms of use.
