Nutrient depletion and estradiol supplementation on gene expression profiling of CRC SW48 cells

To investigate the effect of glutamine depletion and estradiol (E2) supplementation on gene expression in human female CRC SW48 cell lines, we grew SW48 KRAS WT and its isogenic SW48 KRAS (G12A/+) MT cells in DMEM medium in the presence/absence of glutamine (0, 4 mM) and E2 (0, 10 uM) using a hanging-drop 3D model. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different cells at 4 different treatment conditions.
