In this study will examines existing traditional insurance brokerage firm in Thailand as a case study to understand its current situation, challenges, and opportunities. This independent study will explore the challenges and opportunities with the main objectives to enhance customer engagement, utilize data-driven insight, and improve operational efficiency through the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI). In addition, this study would provide potential recommendations and solutions for its company to improve their competitiveness in this rapidly changing industry.In conclusion, there are various solutions to maintain competitiveness in the insurance industry, the recommendations in this study are tailors to the needs and context of this company.
