IAA34-PUCHI

Western blot of a GST pull down assay with GST-PUCHI and His-MBP-IAA34, using purified GST, GST-PUCHI, and His-MBP-IAA34 expressed in Escherichia coli. His-MBP-IAA34 proteins were incubated with immobilized GST-PUCHI or GST, and the proteins immunoprecipitated with GST beads were detected using anti-His antibody. GST-PUCHI was detected with anti-GST antibody, and His-MBP-IAA34 proteins were detected with anti-His antibody. Three independent repeats show similar results.
