江苏专利代理机构发明授权率与分类数据

通过收集分析江苏专利代理机构近5年发明授权数、驳回数等数据，计算得到各个代理机构的发明授权率，可应用到以下场景中：
1、有助于专利申请人了解江苏已备案的专利代理机构发明授权率，为专利请人选择合作提供有价值的指导。
2、有助于知识产权行业的服务机构互相了解，互相学习，促进行业发展。1、数据采集：通过国家知识产权局公布的专利代理机构备案名单，查找江苏专利代理机构，通过第三方专利查询系统，对各专利代理机构近5年发明专利授权数、驳回数等数据进行采集。
2、数据处理：对数据进行清洗、脱敏等处理，去除已注销的机构。发明授权率=授权数/（授权数＋驳回数），所有代理机构发明授权率相加取一个平均值得到平均授权率（不包括无效发明授权率），将驳回数和授权数都为0的机构的发明授权率计为无效，离均差=发明授权率-平均授权率，根据离均差将代理机构进行分类，离均差大于等于15%的机构设为A，离均差[0%,15%)的机构设为B,离均差小于0%的机构设为C，离均差为无效的机构设为D。

Data Collection: Obtain the list of patent agencies on record published by the National Intellectual Property Administration, identify Jiangsu's patent agencies, and collect data such as the number of granted and rejected invention patents of each agency over the past five years through third-party patent query systems.
2. Data Processing: Perform data cleaning, desensitization and other processing operations, and remove agencies that have been cancelled. The invention grant rate is calculated as Grant Count / (Grant Count + Rejection Count). The average grant rate is calculated by summing the invention grant rates of all agencies excluding those with invalid grant rates, then taking the arithmetic mean of these values. Agencies with both the number of granted patents and rejected patents equal to zero are assigned an invalid grant rate. The deviation from the mean is calculated as the invention grant rate minus the average grant rate. Patent agencies are categorized based on their deviation from the mean:
- Type A: agencies with a deviation ≥ 15%
- Type B: agencies with a deviation ranging from 0% (inclusive) to 15% (exclusive)
- Type C: agencies with a deviation < 0%
- Type D: agencies with invalid grant rates
