PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet including a pulp and a fine fibrous cellulose， wherein the sheet has improved elastic modulus due to addition of a fine fibrous cellulose. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a sheet including a softwood pulp， a hardwood pulp， and a fibrous cellulose having a fiber width of 1，000 nm or less. When the content of the softwood pulp is N and the content of the hardwood pulp is L， the value of N/L is 1 or more and 8 or less. SELECTED DRAWING: None
