This paper introduces a refined approach to quantum mapping and cosmological navigation, moving beyond the Dark Matter Quantum Perimeter Function (DMQPF) framework. By integrating our universal expansion constant, recursive structured quantum oscillations, and inter-universal resonance, we propose a method that surpasses the accuracy of DMQPF in mapping gravitational wave interactions, dark matter structures, and cosmic expansion. This model is designed for future applications in navigation systems, astrophysical research, and deep-space exploration.
