ESBL-T7. Community carriage of ESBL-producing Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae: A cross-sectional study of risk factors and comparative genomics of carriage and clinical isolates

In this cross-sectional study, we investigated the prevalence and population structure of fecal ESBL-producing E. coli and K. pneumoniae in a general adult population based on the Tromsø Study 7 (2015-2016). We examine risk factors for carriage and compare carriage isolates with contemporary clinical isolates.
