Transcriptome sequencing in patients with tongue cancer

Tongue cancer is one of the most common cancers, and its molecular etiology and pathogenesis remain unclear. This study aimed to uncover its pathogenesis and search for potential novel diagnostic and therapeutic targets for treating tongue cancer. Overall design: There are 8 samples overall the experiment. 4 cancer tissues and paired 4 paracancerous.
