RNAseq of JAK2V617F-positive MPN cell lines after 4-Hydroxytamoxifen treatment

Gene expression profile in HEL/UKE-1 cells after 4-hour 4-Hydroxytamoxifen treatment For RNA-Seq of JAK2V617F-mutated human cells lines, three cells lines (HEL cells, UKE-1 with and without Horse Serum, UKE-1+/-HS respectively) were treated with 10 μM tamoxifen or vehicle for 4 h and RNA was extracted from tamoxifen-treated cells by Trizol and cleaned-up with RNeasy Mini Columns . RNA-Seq libraries were prepared from total RNA using poly(A) enrichment of the mRNA and sequenced by HiSeq 4000.
