This dataset comprises audio (10400–1.02 Hz) magnetotelluric field measurement data from the Zhaxikang ore concentration area, Tibet Autonomous Region. It is intended for investigating the electrical structure of the survey area at depths shallower than 1000 m. The data were acquired using a V5-2000 instrument. Each survey station is stored as a .plt format file, which contains the station's geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude), observation time, measurement parameters, and measured results, among other relevant information. The field electrode configuration for all survey stations is a north-south and east-west cross shape. Data collection was conducted strictly in compliance with the Chinese Geological and Mineral Industry Standard *Technical Regulations for Natural Field Audio Magnetotelluric Method (DZ/T 0305-2017)*, and all parameters (including instrument parameters, inspection rate, and inspection results) meet the specified requirements. This dataset has enabled clear delineation of the electrical structure of the Zhaxikang ore concentration area, providing critical support for research into mineralization processes and the prediction of prospecting targets.
