Most popular Nordic travel influencers on Instagram 2019

In July 2019, Finnish photographer Konsta Punkka was the most-followed Nordic travel influencer on Instagram, with over 1.3 million followers, according to data reported by InfluencerDB He was followed by the Swedish photographer Christoffer Collin (1.24 million followers) and Benjamin Hardman, based in Iceland, with over 623 thousand followers. Konsta Punkka was, furthermore, among the leading most followed influencers in the Nordic region in general. He ranked third, after the Swedish singer Maher Zain and the Swedish brothers Josef and Jakob Elzain (@skilltwins).  Travelling in Finland     One out of three Finns, aged between 35 and 44 years, travelled for personal purposes to both local and foreign destinations in 2018. Although travelling was popular among all ages, Finns in this age group represented the largest share of the population travelling for personal purposes. Travel influencers worldwide     National Geographic (@natgeo) was the most followed travel influencer on Instagram worldwide, with over 105 million followers as of March 2019. The second most followed account was @natgeotravel, with nearly 30 million followers. Third in the ranking was the Brazillian actor and model Caio de Castro Castanheira (@carocastro), followed by roughly 17 million people worldwide.
