The video features four different women: a stay-at-home mom with a loving family, a single mother, an elderly woman, and a successful professional. As moral and social symbols of society, women and their family members are often reluctant to speak up and seek help. Doctors, primarily men and often busy, may simply treat underlying issues with tranquilizers and sleeping pills, adding to the dependence on substances.
