Solanum tuberosum transcriptome changes in response to Potato Spindle Tuber Viroid

Potato spindle tuber viroid (PTSV) is a pathogen causing deseases in important crops, namely potato and tomato, reducing yield considerably. Transcriptome of potato leaves and tubers were sequenced before inoculation and post inoculation, and considerable changes in leaf transcriptome were observed.
