DNA methylation sequencing of human pancreatic acinar and ductal cells [Bisulfite-seq]

Flow-sorted pancreatic acinar and ductal cells from fresh human pancreatic exocrine tissue were subjected to molecular characterization to identify lineage-specific expression and epigenetic properties.
