Upon attachment to polymer micropatches terms cyto-adhesive micro-platforms (CAMPs), neutrophil get activated and are polarized towards the anti-tumor (N1) phenotype. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on various murine neutrophil samples (treated with CAMPs or untreated) to assess this change in phenotype.
